魔法照片-艺术家自述

一张照片如何才能成为一张画？而画又什么时候能成为照片？

我这次展出的照片名为“魔法照片”，与之前的作品截然不同。我想用作品的神秘让你感觉混乱和迷惑。

所以我尝试加工照片。我想这种尝试可以表达我内心想法，产生新鲜和意外。鉴于没有技术大师提供帮助，我想打破常规。

夜晚，我经常一个人在工作密室里兴奋不已。当一个新形象即将在面前诞生，我觉得我的灵魂正在舞向一个梦的国度。我迫不及待。将你所塑造的形象浸泡数月，用高温折磨，然后让它们显现，作为一面神奇的镜子映出你内心的沉思，这简直让人激动到颤抖。

我的摄影作品一般很难用言语形容，很多还无法解释。但这很妙，因为我不能改变我的方向，而我却爱不断改造自我。一切皆可行。

At which point does a photograph become a painting and when does a painting become a photograph?

This display of my photographs l call “Transmography ”is a vision distinct from any prior work of mine. I like to confuse and puzzle you in the mystery of this work.hese works.

So what l am trying to do is rewrite photography. I suppose it is an attempt to discover my voice, to do something fresh and unexpected. I have no master to follow for technical assistance so I love to break the trade of tradition.

Often at night time alone in my back room studio I become so excited, it's like my soul dancing and travelling towards a dream world when a new image sits before me ready to print. I can't wait. It is then such a thrill to unveil your images after being soaked for months, tormented with heat and positioning them in a way that it looks like a strange kind of mirror casting reflections in my mind.

It is not always possible to translate my photography into words and many bear no relation to reason, but that's great because I am shielded from changing directions and love to constantly reinvent myself. Everything is permitted.
